Ian Fletcher
Director (Mechanical Services)Ian has over 25 years’ experience of site installation and on site team management. Ian has a hands on knowledge of the mechanical services industry and the daily operations aspects of sites. He strives to maintain and develop solid relationships with our customers, manufacturers and specialist sub contract suppliers. Ian also maintains our high level of onsite health and safety awareness at grass roots.
Philip Bauckham
Director (Mechanical Services)Phil is a Chartered Building Services Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. During that time he has worked in both contracting and consultancy, bringing excellent technical knowledge and ability to the table whether that be in the modular or traditional construction industry.
Fran Hendry
Drawing Office (Mechanical & Electrical Services)Fran is well qualified in the use of CAD and has worked in the office at Linx since it was established; she provides a solid IT & technical platform for delivering co-ordinated mechanical and electrical solutions to our clients. Fran produces support to both the electrical and mechanical sides of the business through her computer aided design skills whilst also understanding the requirements for 3D – CAD coordination, BIM and all future trends in this aspect of the industry.
